Preston is our head chef and hails from a range of dining experiences from top end city clients to quiet, regional cafe/restaurant patrons. His creative, award winning vegetarian cuisine has earned much praise.

Sallyanne started as our apprentice nearly eight years ago. Her attention to detail and sense of responsibility in the kitchen and to our customers is second to none.
Her skilled hands and tireless resolve has proved an essential component in our determination to provide memorable and successful events.
